  • Company data: company name (optional)
  • Request data: location, dates, number of workers needed, type of work, service preference, hourly rate, accommodation availability, and any additional notes

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, religion, political opinions, etc.).

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on the following legal grounds (GDPR Art. 6):

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): By submitting the request form, you consent to being contacted about your labor needs.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): We process your data to match you with suitable partners in our network, which is necessary for our service.
  • Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing is necessary to respond to your request prior to entering into a service agreement.

4. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is used exclusively for:

  • Matching your labor request with vetted partners in our network
  • Contacting you to follow up on your request (by phone or email)
  • Sharing relevant request details with potential partner matches
  • Improving our service and platform

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing purposes unrelated to your request.

5. Hosting & Data Storage

Your data is stored on a virtual private server (VPS) hosted by:

Hostinger International Ltd.
61 Lordou Vironos Street
6023 Larnaca, Cyprus

The server is located in Europe. Hostinger acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data is stored in a SQLite database on the server and is accessible only to authorized Reecru personnel. Data transmitted between your browser and our server is encrypted via TLS/SSL (HTTPS).

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

  • Active requests: Data is retained for the duration of the matching process and any resulting engagement.
  • Completed requests: Contact and request data is retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, for follow-up and service improvement.
  • Callback-only requests: If you only request a callback, your contact data is retained for up to 6 months.

You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

7. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

  • Partner organizations in our network — only the request details relevant to matching (location, dates, worker count, work type). Your email and phone are shared only after you confirm a match.
  • Hostinger — as our hosting provider (data processor), under a data processing agreement.
  • Email provider (Hostinger Mail) — for sending transactional emails related to your request.

We do not share your data with any other third parties, advertising networks, or analytics providers.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We store only:

  • Language preference — saved in your browser's localStorage to remember your chosen language (EN/DE/FR). This is not transmitted to our server and contains no personal data.

No cookie consent banner is required as we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

9. Data Security

We take the following measures to protect your data:

  • All data in transit is encrypted with TLS/SSL (HTTPS)
  • Server access is restricted to authorized personnel via SSH key authentication
  • The database is not publicly accessible
  • Admin access to the platform is protected by authentication
